Built for custom turbo, intake, charge-pipe, and intercooler fabrication, this RRP merge collector combines two 3-inch tube paths into a single 4-inch outlet through a smooth, one-piece transition. Its metal additively manufactured 6061 aluminum body replaces a multi-piece fabricated transition, helping create cleaner, more repeatable assemblies with fewer seams.

Butt-Weld Tube Ends

The straight tube ends are designed for conventional butt welding to same-size aluminum tubing. Each end matches the nominal outside diameter of the corresponding tube size, creating a flush outside profile for fit-up and welding. The merge has a 1/8-inch (0.125-inch) wall; the mating tube wall thickness may be selected by the fabricator for the application.
