What does Rapid Race Products make?

RRP designs and manufactures motorsports, fabrication, garage, and off-road products. We also provide custom CAD design, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, prototyping, and low-volume additive manufacturing.

Where are RRP products made?

RRP products are designed and engineered in Oklahoma. Our polymer components are additively manufactured in the USA. Select metal components are manufactured by qualified international partners, including specialized metal-additive suppliers. Apparel and accessory sourcing varies by product. Manufacturing origin is disclosed on applicable product pages.

Are products in stock or made to order?

Stocked RRP products typically ship within 4–6 business days. Made-to-order or out-of-stock RRP products typically ship in approximately 2–3 weeks. NinjaPOD apparel typically ships within about 4–6 business days, but production may take longer during especially busy periods. These timeframes are estimates before carrier transit. How do I choose the correct tubing size?

Measure the outside diameter of the tubing where the product will be installed. Calipers provide the most reliable measurement. Do not select a size based only on nominal pipe size. If you are unsure, send us your measurement and a photo before ordering.

Do the Roll Bar 12V LED Mounts include the lights?

Yes. Each mount includes the installed 12V LED and approximately 10 feet of wire. A switch is not included. Safe wiring, circuit protection, and final electrical installation are the customer’s responsibility.

What are TubeTack™ Alignment Clamps used for?

TubeTack™ clamps hold round tubing in alignment for tack welding. They must be removed before completing full weld passes.

What materials do you use?

Material is selected for the application. Depending on the product, RRP uses engineering polymers such as carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon and ABS, as well as additively manufactured metals. The product page lists the material used for each component.

Can RRP make a custom size or part?

Often, yes. Submit the Custom Projects form with the application, dimensions, quantity, timeline, and any available photos, scans, or CAD files. Submitting a request does not guarantee project acceptance, but we will review it and respond with the best next step.

Can you work under an NDA?

Yes. Confidential projects and NDAs can be discussed during project review.

Where do you ship?

Website checkout is currently configured for United States orders. Free standard shipping applies automatically to eligible U.S. orders totaling $250 or more after discounts and before taxes. Contact us before ordering if you need shipment outside the United States.

Can I cancel an order?

We do not currently accept customer cancellation requests after an order is placed. Please review product selections, sizes, quantities, shipping details, and contact information carefully before submitting your order.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or were fulfilled incorrectly by Rapid Race Products. Review our Refund Policy before ordering, and contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if there is a problem.
