We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.
