How the process works

  1. Submit the form. Tell us what the part needs to do and include the application, quantity, timeline, dimensions, and available photos or files.
  2. Project review. We evaluate fit, scope, material, manufacturing method, and whether the project is a good match for RRP.
  3. Scope and quote. Accepted projects receive a defined scope, estimated timeline, pricing, and project terms before work begins.
  4. Design and validation. Depending on the project, we scan, model, prototype, revise, and verify fitment.
  5. Production. Once approved, we manufacture the finished component or establish a repeatable production plan.
